Yep absolutely! Leave it right on top of the garbadge so he sees it. Don't you just hate the way they bullsh*t around you to get what they want but can never, ever just tell the truth and say hey I want to go out with the boys tonight. Mine just did this crap to me the other night too...he goes to watch a football game (and doesn't even like football) and tells whatever lies suit him and get him out the door, then once they are out they couldn't care less. They figure they'll show up when they feel like it and say they are 'sorry' and that takes care of it. I hate it!!! LOL they claim to be the stronger sex but can tell the truth to a womans face to save their pathetic lives!! Why would he want to be with someone else on his birthday? Don't forget this little stunt when your birthday rolls around.

Ok. First off, keep in mind that guys need their time with their friends just as we women do. Take the time alone and make the most of it. This was a hard lesson I had to learn as well in the beginnning of my relationship with my fiance. I don't blame you for being upset but at the same time, I guess he just figured "Well I asked if she wanted to go". He probably has no idea that you're even upset with him and will probably come home and try to be all lovey dovey. I'm sure he was just excited about spending a night out with the boys and figured since you told him to decide what he wanted to do, then you probably didn't really care since you gave him the choice of either staying in with you or going out with them. Men sometimes are clueless about why a woman feels the way she does. Half the time I get upset with my fiance, he hasn't the slightest idea why even though I just figure that he should. I wouldn't lock him out of the house. I would sack out, go to bed and let tomorrow be another day. Things usually tend to look a lot better in the morning. Good luck.

Set the cake outside the door. Hopefully its raining. Lock the doors turn out the lights. Let him stew until tomorrow having made your point. On the flip side it was his birthday and he should have the liberty to do what he wants. The end result is that he will NEVER get a surprise party from you.

Ramiel should be going home and I think she will be. Dolly Parton songs are really difficult because they are so identified with her and her style. It was especially hard for the guys, yet Michael Johns and David Cook were amazing! Brooke also did a good cover of Jolene and even Kristie Lee did well -- but country music is her style.

Give it a couple days to cool off. A healthy relationship is one where both partners can flourish. I would have gone out myself with MY friends and let him have a night to be with the guys. After all, it was HIS birthday. Even people who are in love need a life away from each other.
You need to have a good honest talk with each other and set rules that you both can stick to to keep your relationship healthy.
