Strictly speaking they are all measures of computer data size. For instance, the size of the image of the Yahoo logo at the top of the screen is 1.9 kilobytes.
As for the different terms you mention:
Kilobyte (KB) = 1,000 bytes.
Megabye (MB) = 1,000,000 bytes
Gigabyte (GB) = 1,000,000,000 bytes
The next step up is a Terrabyte (TB) which is 1,000,000,000,000 bytes.
Note: watch out for the difference between bytes and bits. A byte is eight bits (where a bit is the smallest measurement of computer data) and they're written differently. So, a Kilobit would be written as Kb and a Kilobyte would be KB (see the capitalisation on the b/B). It's important to notice the difference because a kilobyte is eight times bigger than a kilobit.

1 bit = 0 or 1
1 Byte = 8 bits
1 KB = 1 Kilo Byte = 1024 Bytes
1 MB = 1 Mega Byte = 1024 KB
1 GB = 1 Giga Byte = 1024 MB

b=bites, B= bytes, KB= Kilo-, M=Mega-, G=Giga, T=Tera, and so on...
1TB = 1024 GB = 1.048.576 MB = 1.073.741.824 KB = lots of bytes...
1 B = 8 b
TB, GB, MB, KB, B and b are memory measuring units, just like feet are for length and liters are for volume

to make it simple.... in all three, B is Bytes, NOT BIT!!! if it is Kb or Gb (then it is Bit)... where 8 bits (b) is equal to 1 Byte (B).
in engineering notations:
K - Kilo (thousand)
M - MEGA (million)
G - Giga (trillion)
but in the digital world, 1 MB is actually 1024 KB and so on (which is answered by most)... but to make it approximate and not too complex, just think of it as multiples of a thousand (1000). obviously Giga is better.. but TERA (terahertz, terabytes) tops all THREE which will be eventually evident in upcoming technologies and terms.

Computer capacity is measured in bits or bytes
1,000,000bits=1MB(Mega bites)
1000 MB=1KB (KILO Bites)
1000 KB= 1GB (Giga Bites)
Now you know which is biggest
