heat up some soup
scramble some eggs/toast
ramen noodles
heat up a can of vegetables corn, pork and beans, Italian green beans, ranch style beans. make some toast and eat.
if you want meat, get boneless chicken breast, cut in bite size pieces, roll in flour and brown in a skillet with a little oil, doesn't take long. tastes good dipped in ketchup/tabasco
