I use both, at work and at home.
Inside the applications, things are pretty transparent. Makes little difference if I am on a Mac or PC, once I'm inside of Word, Photoshop, Excel, etc. Just a couple of keyboard shortcut differences.
I do feel safer, downloading files from the net when I am on the Mac, since the majority of hackers write bad stuff for mostly PC, but I take the same precautions when I work either.
