Have sex. Semen has prostaglandins in it that can help bring on labor. And no it's not harmful to you or the baby. Just make sure your partner is clean beforehand. Good luck!

The best and safest way is to walk up and down stairs and to clean!

I do not mean light cleaning i mean spring cleaning! Just do not do any heavy lifting! You'll have a clean house and won't have to worry about it when you bring your little one home.

If your water hasn't broken, I would suggest gentle sex. My doctor told me to have light sex to induce labor when my daughter was past due. Check with you doctor first to make sure that its safe for you. Good luck with your new baby!

If you have a breast pump, use it. Nipple stimulation is a natural way to induce labor. It's not harmful to you or your baby either.
