I left the ransom note next to your computer. Now that everyone knows, I have no other options but to destroy them. Sorry!

Right click on your desktop under "Arrange Icons By" make sure that "Show Desktop icons is selected
that should work

Right click on desktop then click show icons.The icon will comeback on your desktop

They should be in ur Start menu>Programs bit, then simply restore them onto ur desktop.

need to be a little clearer, what has dissappered? all your icons? what where you doing b4 it happened, did you open an attachment did you install hardware, need a few details.
