Try a Jr college or community college first. Pick a field that you can get an AA degree in, but can transfer credits for a BA or BS degree.

I have no a lot experience about working, but I know everything is hard when u go into the real socity. Your dad is going to pay for everything mean he doesnot want u to left school because u have a daughter. He wants to support and see u success. U can not dissapoint him and u need to set a good example for your daughter too. I say go for it, even u are not going to enjoy it, but u can try your best before u can say u give up and u really try it.

Hello,
I am a Director at a college, so naturally, I am going to say GO BACK! In all honesty, no matter where you live in the US nowadays, it is really hard to get ahead without having that "piece of paper" to back you up. Most places, unless they are a fast food restaurant, don't want anything less than some college experience, and anything that will get you enough pay, especially to take care of you and your daughter, will want at least a Bachelor's degree.
You really should go back. It would set a terrific example for your little girl as she grows and starts making decisions in life, and would help you be a more well rounded person! You deserve to do something truly good for yourself.
If you need help, or have questions, don't hesitate to email me: cool_coffee_chick@yahoo.com
Good luck!

You don't know until you try it. Maybe you'll find something you are really interested in. And your dad is willing to pay? I don't see any down side. Give it a try for a semester.
I didn't like high school either. I went to college and now I have a PhD and a very well paying job.

College now is not as much fun as it is when you don't have kids, but research shows that every class you take makes your average income increase, even if you never graduate. Professors love to have students like you who have some life experience to draw on in class discussions.
Didn't enjoy high school? I didn't either, but college is much more fun. Graduate school was even more fun, because I was a little bit older, wiser, and over myself already.

You don't have to say what you'll study for a long time. Start maybe with one or two classes and you'll probably notice a big difference between highschool and college. Any activity that makes your brain work helps you be a better person. Go for it!

Take your dad up on his offer. School isn't cheap! Start off with general studies and hopefully you'll find the direction you want to go in after the first year or two. If you find it's not for you, at least you tried.

How about a community college or a trade school? Lots of 2 year colleges have training in blue collar trades, clerical, technical, mechanical, arts and graphics and so on. What DO you like? What would you like to do with your life? Decide, then accept the offer.

Try an online program....
Most schools have classes on-line with additional prof support in class.
You never know until you try.
Plus, college jobs (in most cases) pay better than a high school education.
good luck.
