Why don't you trust her any more if she hasn't done any thing wrong? Just get over it.

Well, there must be a reason why you lost the trust in the first place. How is it possible to up and lose trust in someone when they've never given you a reason to? I think once you figure out why you're having a problem trusting her, you will be better able to figure out how to put the trust back into her.

Your question does not even make sense. Why would you "lose" trust in someone that did nothing wrong? Did you have trust to begin with is the question. If you did not, the problem lies within your own self. You are either not trustworthy, or you have not been able to depend on people during your life span. You might need to do a complete above the neck check up! Good Luck to you.

Why have you lost trust in her then? If she really hasn't done anything, and it's completely your issue, then I would recommend that you get some counseling and work on it. Not trusting someone for no reason can definitley cause problems for you in the future... And cost you someone that you care for.

Sometimes, letting go seems like the easiest thing to do. But think about this: you've invested so much of your time and energy into another person; you've made a solemn promise; and you still know there's love, even if it's hiding underneath the surface. Want to know how to get your ex back? Change yourself. Don't worry about changing other people, worry about changing yourself. Go to https://tr.im/Qlwgj

Once you do that then you can start to worry about getting back together with your ex, other wise you will find that you are fighting about all the same things and getting no where. Do what it takes and I promise things will work out in your favor.

The funny thing is I came to the realization that I had to change a little too late. After I was kicked out and after I was about to lose the only things that truly mattered to me - her love. A funny thing happens when we truly love someone and lose them. We do what ever it takes to get them back. For me I had to drop bad habits that had caused not only our relationship to sour but practically every other relationship I had had in the past. Not only with women, but with friends, co-workers, family, you name it.

Which is why I say to you as my ex at the time said to me, the only thing you can do is change yourself. Work on yourself and improve on the person that you already are. Drop the negative things in your life that don't belong there and you will see all of your relationships start to take off to new heights.

figure out why you lost the trust, write it down tie the piece of paper to a big rock then beat yourself about the head with it for not having anything life threatening to worry about

I'm not sure "trust" is the word your really wanting to use here. You can't lose trust if she hasn't done anything...not sure what your trying to say here exactly.
