A girl is flirting with u when she looks u in the eyes, does not get distracted by things, laughs a lot at ur jokes (which may not be funny ;) and finds a way to touch u..
She is being nice when she responds to ur answers politely and get distracted by anything at all... also, when u try to touch her, she backs off..

You can tell a flirt by the eyes. If the eyes are moving around your body, it is a strong flirt. If they are looking at others, she is being nice and thats it.
