The answer is: you don't. That's not nice to want him to ask you to the dance when he already has a girlfriend. If you like him, then better luck next time.

If he has a gf then forget him. If he's single then you can tell him you like him and would like to go out sometime.

well if he has a g/f u should talk to him but not try to do anything with him. if he wants to go to the dance with you but he didnt ask you, you should ask him if you can dance with him there. the first thing you have to do is break up him and his g/f
