There are 2 answers to this question ;-) Both Turkey and parts of the Russian Federation are in both Europe and Asia.
However, Istanbul is the only CITY in the world that spans two continents,the Bosphoros (apologies for the spelling) river splits the city in half, the north being in Europe and the south being firmly in Asia. There is a road bridge linking the two and a rail tunnel is in the process of being built..

Both Turkey and Russia are. Turkey has just a few hundred square miles on the southeastern tip of Europe, then the majority of the country spans Asia Minor.
And Russia... well... its pretty obvious. Just check out any map of the world.
