Not biologically they can't. Two men shouldn't be having or raising a baby anyhow but that's just my opinion. I know society is cool with that now but it's not right. It's going to create problems for your child no matter how much you love that child. That's why it's such an ordeal to go through because it's supposed to happen with a woman, not man and man. of course they can!! They can adopt or they can find a female who is willing to donate her eggs and carry the baby for them.

adopt or find a woman who can be artificially inseminated with one mans sperm then adopt. no new other ways that i know of.
