Because Bush is too busy making his oil friends and Halliburton a lot of money by invading Iraq!

When and if America every gets inhuman enough to level any Country we are not at actually and Officially at war with, then Lincolns efforts and words at Gettysburg were for not. But then you have to read the speech carefully to know what he was saying and what he was not saying.

Because he is believed to be in Pakastan. A country we can not invade flat out, because they have a nuke.
Prior to that, in Afghanistan, we made deals with the local tribe leaders to honor their request/traditions. Which bit us in the **** I must admit, and allowed the crackerhead to slip out.

because then Russia would have to step in and demand that they have the country to rule, since they were there long before the Americans, and the Taliban as a direct result of them trying to communise the country
