Once day I was talking to this guy about music and how I like alot of 60-70's stuff. He asked me where got this music (I'm only 25) and I was about to tell him I find it and research it but that's not what came out of my mouth...It was strange..I told him "It finds me" and he smiled and nodded. I don't know where it came from.

Then I was thinking, intent seems powerful and I thought about the creators of these deep songs...Their intention was for the song to find people.
I guess it doens't make a great question but does this make sense? I've been thinking about it for the last week or so, any help/comments?

Music is so powerful! You are one of the souls that music speaks to and through! Be grateful for that. Everyone you come in contact with whether it be for a moment or a lifetime will change the way your life will be...obviously just from this one day talking to this one gentleman. Lyrics spoke to me after I lost a great friend. Funny thing about it was, he had lived a simple life yet the ex-made it so complicated. I listen to the old stuff we used to buy and whoa...it's like he was talking to me. Yeah it's powerful stuff!
I think that's cool that you like that 60-70's stuff. It was excellent then, and some of those lyrics were and still are the greatest!
Rock on...

You're a quite a thinker, and I like that. Of course it makes sense, you're tapped into a higher energy, a creative energy, where all things are possible. You're at the beginning of an interesting journey, and I wish you the best.

Have you researched Nicholas Tesla?

He's a mad scientist/ engineer who claims that everything is the resanance of music. I first retained his significance in the movie, "Coffee & Cigaretts" with that skit about Tesla.

I do not believe songs find you, however, it is strange that sometimes they seem to fit our mood. I believe we hear songs that seem to answer our situation and it makes us feel better.
Therefore, we can relate our feelings or our state of mind at the time.
