The phone numbers were probaly not stored to the sim card.

Put the sim card back into the old phone and store the numbers to the sim card.

If you are still having a hard time you can take both phones to Cingular store and they will transfer the names for you.

The old phone must be in working condition.

If you are planning on throwing away your used cell phone away. My school is recycling used cell phones through out the year as a fundraiser to raise money for our classrooms. The money will be used in purchasing document cameras in each of our classrooms. The document camera will take the place of the overhead projector and transparencies.

My address is Beverly Smith, P. O, Box 913, Bushnell, Florida 33513. My e-mail address is bds222000@yahoo.com.

Thank you and Good Luck with your phone.
