SELF HYPNOSIS,i have been doing it for years,keep saying,deeper,deeper, my mind and body are relaxed,deeper ,deeper, you will feel your body,and mind,relaxing,deeper,deeper.....NOW your mind is awake, but your body will be asleep,.and do not be afraid, you may, just fall into a natural sleep,when you are in this state,you will,be able to tap into your sensory perception
