Meek = gay??? teach me interior the Greek manuscripts the place it stated that meek is a definition for gay? There are compassionate gays, meek gays, rude gays, basically like there are compassionate heterosexuals, meek heterosexuals, rude heterosexuals. So i do no longer agree that the The Gays shall inherit the earth. after all various gays are popping out of the closet, which contradicts the meek argument considering which you could not be meek and assertive on an identical time.

The Meek inherit nothing but woe. Gays need not be meek, and as far as turning the other cheek, phooey on that noise. Only when we strike when struck, and in fact, deliver pre-emptive blows with equality be ours. The world understands only one thing..power. When fear of Gays is placed in the hearts of those who hate us, we will be on a new path. Fear was the only effective tool Blacks could find, and Fear is the only effective tool we will find. EVERY Gay man and woman owes it to themselves and to all Gays to learn Self Defense, become stronger in mind and body, and to use this knowledge in defense of our lives. It is a rough world out there, and so far, homophobes have relied on the pacificity of Gays to work their evil. ONLY when we stop being peaceful, only when we give what they would love to give, will be find true peace. Sorry to be so pessimestive, but Gay's intelligence is getting in the way. The sooner we learn that brute force is the only answer in many situations, the faster we will be on the road to where we must go. Vile words from a nobody should be met with a swift punch in the face. It is amazing how quickly homophobes fold when they find they have no easy path to humiliating others. The days of being pansies is well past. I knew a guy who routinely went down to Georgetown on a Saturday night and would come back telling his tales of insulting Gays. The last time he did it, he said the wrong thing to the wrong Gay and came back without tales of terror...in fact, he came back bandaged, admitting that was the last time he would tangle with an unknown. He admitted that he had thought he could say anything to Gays, but was then afraid to say anything to anyone he didn't know. It is an age old problem..the world belongs to power...raw power. AS long as we are humans, things will not change appreciably. Sorry for the hard, cold truth.

Unfortunately I rather doubt it. I suspect the meek that will inherit what there is left of the earth will be insects.

Sorry, I believe Justice shall eventually win out in the end despite the homophobes and bigots best efforts. I think the Gay community can be called alot of things but meek isn't one of them.

I guess you can see it in one light. Those that get punished and tortured and accept it. Those that are beat upon for their beliefs are the meek in my opinion and I think that's the GLBT community so it's possible.
