but I think they want to pay me 9/hr and id like to get paid 10 how should i ask for more. I think im worth more as well because I have customer service experience.

Ask them if there's anymore they can do. You need at least 10.00 for your experience. You'll think on the nine but 10.00 would be perfect. Tell them you'd really like to work there and would be an asset to them.
I think you can get it.

Simply call and say, "I'm really excited about joining the Kinko's team. By they way, how much is the compensation for this customer service professional position? I'd assume something in the range of $10 to $12 an hour, but I just wanted to make sure."

Then shut up. Let the manager do the math in his head, and see what he offers. If he says $9, tell him that you understand that he has a budget, but your own salary needs are closer to $10. See if you can get him up a bit.

You should have addressed this issue when the job was offered to you. I would simply ask about raises etc. If they are offering you health insurance, you are already being paid more than $10/hr.

When they ask you how much do you expect tell them 10 dollars an hour, if you're worth they'll probably give it to you.
