Something similar to that has happened to me. Except I didn't wait 3 years between sexual encounters. Sometimes when the males gets a lil too vigorous it can cause the vagainal walls to tear slightly. Thus creating the bleeding and spotting. Remember bright red blood is new and darker brown blood is old. Its also perfectly normal for the uterus to cramp some for a while afterwards especially if you have an orgasm.
Now first off you should be having protected sex if you don't want to get pregnant as well as protect yourself from STDs. Second off wait to see if you miss your period. Then about a week after (because sometimes it can take that long for the hormone to show) go take a pregnancy test. Chances are right now you're not pregnant and just expierenced what I call "rough sex bleeding".

You are not bleeding because you are pregnant. You may be bleeding from your hymen or just from the abrasions caused during sex. If you have to pee all the time and it hurts, you probably have a bladder infection. You need to go to the doctor and get antibiotics for that. DO NOT HAVE SEX WITHOUT A CONDOM AND ANOTHER FORM OF BIRTH CONTROL!!! You're obviously not ready to have a baby, so don't make one.

I'm pretty sure that you aren't pregnant. It's impossible to see spotting due to pregnancy within a few days. The spotting sounds like it's due to the three years of waiting. You should get an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible and get this checked out.

With the bleeding after sex that could be from not having sex within 3 years. It might be an infection if you don't have any other symtoms including vomiting, fatigue, missed period. I would check it out with a doctor first if it continues. Good luck

If you are pregnant it is too early in the pregnancy for you to be feeling like you have to use the restroom all the time. That does not happen till much later when the baby starts to grow. It sounds like something else is going on. Go buy a pregnancy test, or better yet go see your doctor.

It is probably irritation. Get a pregnancy test for peace of mind, but it will not show a positive so soon, even if you were pregnant. Call your doctor and talk to him or her about it. Also the pain sensation that you have to urinate could be a bladder infection that would have to be checked out by a doctor.

Hold on, you've been with your boyfriend for 3 years and last week was the first time you had sex?
Also, no protection? No birth control? What the hell is wrong with you?

Bleeding right after sex does not mean your pregnant. If you did conceive that night it would be WAYYYYY too early for symptoms...they don't show that very day you know....
You really need to educate yourself before you keep having sex. This is basic reproductive knowledge that you seem to lack and that's sad.

you may have been stretched/torn enough to bleed and spot, ask your doctor or hit the public health clinic. as for peeing all the time, hit the clinic, but if you were exposed to sperm, then the is a chance you can be pregnant, hit the clinic.
