Well, based on your eye color and skin tone, brown would probably not make a noticeable difference. Black eyeliner is good for everyday to make your lash base appear thicker. However, you're lucky because the bright, bold colors would show up beautifully on your dark skin! Think blues and greens! Gold is also AMAZING on dark skin! Sounds like a very shimmery gold shadow (which will also bring out gold flecks in dark eyes) and a black eyeliner would be fierce on you! Experiment a little bit, you'll find something you like and I'm sure it will be gorgeous!

The great thing about people with dark skin is that they can play around with color and still look brilliant. Go funky and get some bright playful colors like blue, pink, green, or orange. Want to tone it down a bit? I'd go for a light brown or a mink color. Silver and gold will look stunning also. Hope I could help!

The best color eyeliner for day is a mahogony, black or dark navy color. Bobbi Brown makes great colors which are also very high quality. For night time you can really take your look up a notch as use a very dark black with silver or gold shimmer. Urban Decay makes great ones.

Dark brown eyeliner and a sparkly turquoise eyeshadow would look amazing on brown eyes and dark skin.

If you want your eeys to pop try using white. On a daily basis i'd say dark brown eyeliner and mascara. You can also try using fun colorful colors!

Eyeliner is actually supposed to mimic thick eyelashes, so you would want black eyeliner to match your eyelashes for a natural look. If you want to really pop, then use electric blue.

how dark? u should experiment... try a silver actually. its very pretty. i am light skinned w/ very dark eye...blue actually looked really good...never thot thatd work... but experiement...i kno this sounds dumb..but a nice like pastel lite green would b pretty too
