Calcium, Iron and especially folic acid are important. They are all in prenatal vitamins. Sometimes prenatal vitamins can make you feel sick so if this is the case with you try taking them just before going to sleep so that you aren't active and don't feel the effects.

I am taking a prenatal pill every day and had asked my doctor if I could take any other pills. His response was that under no condition should I take any other vitamins or supplements because there are some vitamins a baby should not get too much of. Good luck but honestly just take the prenatals, If you needed anything else your doctor would have given it to you already.

calcium, iron, omega 3 fatty acids, follic acid. These are all (and more) in good prenatal vitamins. So, buy complex prenatal vitamins. May consult with your doctor which one is the best for you.

For me (I'm planning to get preggy soon), I take a prenatal vitamin with folic acid. I eat fish at least 2 times a week for the omega acids. And I try to drink a glass of orange juice daily. I'm also excersicing.

Just a good prenatal vitamin will cover all your vitamin needs during pregnancy. Iron will be needed if you are anemic at all.

Iron and calcium, but your doctor will prescribe the prenatal vitamins that he/she sees fit for you, and your body. Some women are anemic etc. Everyone is different.

I suggest to just take Flintstone Vitamins. Those have all you will need in them.

all.... just eat a well balanced diet.

watch the chemicals and fast food junk, soda... dehydration.

stay away from stimulants.
