I have a comp that is a couple of years old. I downgraded to win '98, because Windows Me was such a piece of crap.
I connect to a wireless network via an antenna connected into the USB port.
it works very well

If you upgraded it to ME, it should be ok, though ME gots a LOT of problems. You'll be better off either chunking it, or upgrading to XP. Reason is, is the computer market has already fazed out almost 100% of anything compatible with windows 98. That started 4 years ago. Windows ME will be next in 2 years. You can find older products that can support 98, but not all the newer stuff

It really depends on your wireless provider but i dont think any providers have any products compatible with 98 the best thing for you to do is upgrade to 2000 as all products are compatable with 2000

make sure the card and router are compatable with windows 98 first. if so, then you should not have a problem.
