Panty liners are feminie hygiene products used to line the crotch of knickers. They come with or without wings. They have an adhesive strip down the center to adhere to the crotch of your knickers. They can be used for 'light days' (end of monthly cycle) or to protect the crotch if you're using vaginal cremes for treatment of a feminine problem.

Some brand names are Always and Kotex. They're clever and can be quite useful. (I haven't used them in ages....no need.)

honestly panty liners are no good for a full blown period.
they are meant to be worn before the period, if you are as regular as i am you can tell when your periods about to strike and then you can wear the panty liners til the period starts. because there is nothing more embarassing than to be wearing a white garment stained with period blood...
EEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWW!

they can be worn to catch discharge. they can be worn at the end of your period when you no longer need a big pad. they can be worn to catch your period when you know its due soon so you dont have any embarassing leaks. they have many great useful purposes

Usually, if you use Tampons (use small ones), this is something you use in your panties to protect them from any blood stains.
They are very very thin...........
How old are you? You really should go tolk to your mom, or aunt, or grandmother...........
