When they have difficulty walking?
When their memories start to fail?
When their adult teeth start falling out?
When their bones become brittle?

Actually it doesn't. It would mean that people and, fair or not, women in particular would have to take more resposibility for their actions including those actions that take place in the bedroom.

When the egg is fertilized or in other terms at the moment of conception. That is when the full human genetic sequence is in place and thus in scientific terms anyway the "fetus" is fully human though undeveloped.
My point is that we as human beings are in a constant state of development from the moment we are born until the moment we die.
