All of them will get wet as 1 umbrella won't cover 3 people.

no one cause its not raining, if you said, it was raining, then eveyrone outside will get wet, including the people sharing the umbrella, so the finally answer is no one

You didn't say weather it was raining or not, and you said "an" not "the umberlla" meaning it could be a different umbrella.

all the people that were out in the rain which would be an amount that you nor I would not know maybe 20 maybe 40.000 people depends how large the storm was and where, the question should be how many people remained dry
