not all judges or all teachers get paid the same but the majority does. Most the teachers are spending 5 days a week 8 hours or more a day to teach kids.judges have maybe 3 hours or more to say whether or not some one is guilty. No it's not the easiest decision to make.I think teachers should get paid morewith less requirements to teach because some schools (mine) get books that are so big yet we only have school 8 hours a day by the end of the year we are lucky to cover 3 chapters out of 24 unless we just skimmed through then we wouldn't learn anything.I just think that personally teachers should make more then judges after all they do for students. Some teachers even change kids around from doing things they shouldn't be doing judges send them away and yet some of those kids and adults still never learn, even if they do get out. They don't teach them what they should do or they could do they just point out there faults instead of helping them.Teachers try helping students best they can.

i said judges do work 3 hours or more and the judges in ohio are underpaid. i know they have it hard to but at the same time they don't have to see that same person everyday and sometimes those criminals don't get out and yea they do seek revenge but that's in any involving criminals. Also though it's not fair some judges don't even give you a chance like these two my stepdad had to go too but then teachers are like that too. I get why the judges do make more because of what they do go through but why don't teachers make atleast half or close to them just don't think it's fair. Some teachers and yea it's by choice by 3 my teachers where in the service and my pyschology teacher went through alot of training and my economics and law teacher has pretty much the same education back ground as a judge. Yea judges should get more but why dont teachers get paid more then what they do maybe that's what i should of asked instead...

I'm not sure - it's hard to judge, though I could take an educated guess.

Well the reason can be because most of the judges handle criminal cases and thus they get earnings in millions on wining because criminal cases don't end up with just 2 or 3 cases there are atleast 20 cases in a month whereas a teacher just gets a nominal pay for the hard work they do.Hard work is included in both its the situation from where they get there income.

Judges are actually attroneys who have been promoted, elected or appointed to the bench. They're days are just as long, if not longer than teachers. Teachers normally get three months off a year with pay, judges don't. Don't get me wrong, I believe a teachers job is far more important than that of a judge. But judges are well educated and have a tremendous amount of responsibility. Teachers do too, but there is a difference between the amounts each have. Regardless, I have more respect for teachers than I do for judges.

The answer is pretty simple. Teachers
are great, but judges have more responsiblitys!
I haven't heard too much on Judges having affairs
with their clients...But sick teachers doing far more stuff.
I will agree teachers are under paided!!
But to me they are glorifed babysitters, out of a class

Grade School was Play time
Junior High was Social time
High School Fun Activites Time

Judges are attorneys - they have to go to law school, which means that AFTER college they have to go to 4 more years of school than a teacher. They get paid more because (in general) they have more education. If you think they are only spending 3 hours a day deciding cases, you aren't aware of current caseloads in the US judicial system - they are a lot busier than most teachers are, and often have to make extremely difficult decisions that affect the rest of people's lives. Teachers are important too, but judges have the "L.D." - "Law Degree" which is much harder to get than a 4 year college degree.

A qualified Judge has the experience and the wisdom that come from many years of dealing with many types of people. Some are
murderers, some are traffic offenders, some are charged with an offense that they aren't guilty of commiting. While it's true that teachers serve an important funtion,I wouldn't expect one to have to determine wheather I spend the rest of my life in prison or not. Likewise, I wouldn't expect him to make a Judges wage.

I didn't read your essay, but to answer your question, whatever teachers are paid, it ain't enough. First, because they are literally shaping the future of the nation and the profession should be paying enough to attract top notch personnel. And, second, having tutored physics and chemistry for seniors in a local HS for a semester, I'll testify that full time teachers are the bravest, most tolerant people going. I wouldn't have their job on a platter.

Judges are worth more, because their education takes longer and costs more, and the requirements to be a judge are far more strict. You aren't thinking right--you could make a case that janitors should earn more than doctors because the work is harder, but that is an illogical argument to make.

i do no longer think of that it rather is a honest score gadget. I instruct proficient pupils who continuously score severe. I actual have a grasp's degree and that i'm an extremely great instructor. This in spite of the fact that should not be measured against my friends who're coaching decrease point teenagers who do no longer attempt besides. i do no longer circulate to different instructor's school rooms so i will't remark on their coaching varieties. i think of that this form of hoop will purely make new instructors bounce precise out of the sport. coaching is a tough interest in spite of my great place I nevertheless ought to attend to complicated mum and dad and a few low appearing pupils. directors may be unfair to instructors they do in comparison to. i think of the sorting out and the standards to strengthen right into a instructor are ridiculous sufficient. We ought to evaluate the lecturers who're particular outstanding. the different instructors will resent them and interest satisfaction and morale is going down. I ought to comprehend, it rather is going on at my college already. it rather is incorrect. If a instructor isn't any stable it rather is frequently obvious. pupils, mum and dad and the administration are conscious of while issues are not precise. Why do no longer we glance at that extremely of pitting instructors against one yet another? We stand to lose people who've a "calling" for coaching after which what? we've a collection of people who're watching numbers which besides the undeniable fact that it rather is extra appropriate than people frequently say, coaching will by no skill make you prosperous.

they generally go through much more school, they have to be appointed, it's a more dangerous job because criminals seek revenge, etc. But I agree that teachers work hella hard and their pay should reflect that more.
