it depends on if your have wireless internet built into your computer. if you have a newer laptop then you most likely do, if not you can go to walmart and buy a [ wireless card] ther elike 50 dollars and stick it in the side of your laptop and get wireless internet then.

If you have wireless internet built in then yes. Depending on where you are it may be free or have a cost. Some hotels give it free. Bookstores and coffee shop have a wireless provider there that charges. You can pay a monthly, weekly, or daily charge to use it. It may be a different provider at each place you visit so a monthly charge is only practical if you always use the same provider.

As soon as to try to go to the first web page a sign in page will appear where you either enter a member id or a credit card number.

if you have an internet connection at home then it follows you around where ever you go. be careful though. it will listen to everything you do when you are away (spyware). when you get back home you must delete this as if you have given your credit card to someone then all your details will be available to everyone and your identity will be stolen.
