what do you think of building a Gorean Town?

how would you feel about building a Gorean town? a place where people want to belong to or are already in the Gorean lifestyle? a place for people in this lifestyle and this lifestyle alone? if you're in the goreal lifestyle would you live there?

Isn't that just a ghetto for Goreans? Wouldn't it be better if we got the to integrate into the rest of society?
