"Get Your Motor Running" - those lyrics from Steppenwolf's song Born to Be Wild can be the name of your garage and your theme song :-)
Hey, you could do a whole marketing campaign around that, especially for your grand opening. I'd have that song blaring over some speakers, a couple of really nice cars with hoods up showing their immaculate and powerful engines rev ving up; get any past customers who've been satisfied with your work to spread the word, come to the grand opening and do "testimonials." Offer a special "grand opening" free oil change to the first 10 customers and then a 15% discount good for two weeks on any major engine/electrical work. Do what it takes in the beginning to establish a good reputation and rapport with customers to keep them coming back and making recommendations and you'll be successful.
Many times, talented people with great skills open a business and forget about how important the marketing is. Why do you think businesses like Meinecke advertise constantly? They keep their name out there and they understand that the next time somebody needs a muffler or brake work they are going to think, "oh yeah, I could check out Meinecke?"

How about you do some research.....look through the Yellow Pages and search on yell.com - or even Google to give you some ideas.
I think with garages it's normally something like initials and motoring services, or the surname or place.
As for putting the last part in.....it's a little long winded to be catchy, so maybe that would be better printed on leaflets for when you do the marketing.

Keep it simple:
How about "MechElec"?
That'll combine the mechanical side and the electrical side into one fairly catchy word. You can always combine it with a descriptive term such as "Motor Repairs and Diagnostics".

How about "Auto Doctor". It starts with the letter "A" which puts your name at the top of a list of similar businesses. You can emphasis the computerized diagnostic service. And something like; "Your car is our patient" and any other slogan that uses medical terminology.

Have you tried using an acronym of your name and the type of business you are opening?
This can be very tricky, but try writing out your full name,your nick name(s) and the type of business on a piece of paper.
Then "play" with it. Twist it around,use diferent letters,etc.
When I opened my business I used part of a nick name and a concept of the business I was opening.
It worked! It was cute and caught on quickly.
