Depends on your definition of noise. If you fall down, you will create pressure waves. If your definition of noise requires you to have some form of detecting and /or interpreting these waves (excluding yourself), i.e., a receiver, then you do not make a noise. If your definition does not require a receiver, then you do make a noise.

I don't think it is you who make the noise, the noise will be a thud that comes when your body hits the ground, but you might shriek either from pain or surprise.

Sure, but if there is no one there to hear it, does your sound have meaning?
