No she is not ugly, but even if she were who cares? Through hard work she has managed to become a millionaire actress. Thousands of men all over the world want to be with her, she has made more money in a few short years than most people make in a life time.
I don't think she is super attractive personally, and I think she acts a little stupid and slutty, especially having hung out with idiots like Paris Hilton. However, I'm not sure name calling and insulting her on Y!A is reasonable, given her success.

She was prettier when she stuck to her trademark Red Hair and playing the cute Teenager in movies. Now she thinks she's all grown up when she's only like 19 or 20 yrs. old
She drink and she's underage, her bf is ugly, yadda, yadda, yadda.

I thought she was cute but not beautiful when she was an average weight with natural hair.
Now that she has gotten too freaking skinny and colored her hair blonde she is ugly.

well to the public view lindsay lohan is beautiful,although a few people are jealous about her because she has it all,cars money etc.but the truth is its not her money shes got it all from her spending it all,she must hate herself also shes an annerexic who needs help.

women are so jealous of each other... why?? the girl's damn hot and i would do her anytime she wants. girls... get over it, no matter how pretty you are (or ugly) there will always be a girl a million times prettier than you... unless you're Angela Viviana Campo Uribe from Colombia... shes physically perfect and im not lying, i swear to God shes physically perfect and i wish i had the chance to simply look at her one more time in this life, or create a clon of her... i dont think there has ever been nor that there will ever be such physical perfection, just thinking that she's human and that someday shes no longer going to exist makes me sad, it would be a huge lost of this planet. i havent seen that girl in um... 8 years and i still remember her beauty, sometimes i even dream about her. perfect blonde hair, perfect white but not extremely pale skin, gorgeous blue eyes, absolutely perfect face and body shape... She isnt as pretty as she used to be when she was all natural.. but you know soon miley cyrus will turn fake... thats the wheel of life. well thats at least the way it is for celebs!

I don't think she is. I think everyone has their ugly moments, but I don't think she's just a flat out ugly person.
