No - that's a common mistake. Only insecure 'bad guys' wear black. The really, really bad guys wear light green polo shirts with blue slacks. If you see someone dressed like that coming your way, run!

no, sometimes they dress up in really suave suits. They should make a movie in which the good-guy dresses like a junkie or a goth (no offense to any goths) and the bad-guy should be like a librarian or something, i don't know.
