If you've no matches at all, try to find yourself some rocks and twigs.
First, you dig a shallow pit on the ground where you want to make the fire.
Then, pile up the rocks into a wall facing the wind so that it can't be blown out.
Next, pile the twigs and some dry leaves into a tower-like structure to ensure smooth ignition.
After that, get yourself a hard and sharp stick and rotate it rapidly on a spot on the leaf.
If you see sparks, then good. Continue doing that until the leaf is on fire. Try to blow lightly at the leaf to make the fire spread to the other leaves and twigs.
Keep an eye on the fire and....
VOILA! Fire without a match!

Get some fire-starters. They're big matches and they last for 7 minutes just by themselves. You can get them in Walmart in the camping department. Otherwise, cut a rounded groove into a piece of wood and get another piece of wood that will fit flush in that groove and start rubbing.
