I would say Inter this year as they stayed clear of everything that went on plus made some good cheap signings but then i find the Italian league boring and slow they play with no passion would rather watch the prem any day.

after all the match fixing scandal in Serie A, Internazionale Milan will start as favourites for the scudetto. AS Roma will be the closest challenger & AC Milan is the outsider for the title as they began with a 5 points penalty.

None;the disgraceful expulsion of Juventus while allowing AC Milan, Fiorentina and Reggio to remain in Serie A means no true champion who ever wins will have an asterisk by their name.

Inter have added a number of top players into already impressive team brimming with talent, so they'll defintely be one to watch.
Milan have the continuation of chemistry and the pedigree of vastly experienced campaigners by retaining the successful core of their squad from the past couple of seasons.
With Juve out of contention, I reckon its a tossup between the two Milan sides.
