I think that it depends on the circumstances surrounding the change. If it is an imposed change (eg at work from above) then it can seem like a negative thing, if it impacts heavily on your life. However, just because it is imposed doesn't mean it will not work out for the best.
The most positive changes (at least at the time of making the decisions) are the ones you decide to make as either a reactive or proactive action. You feel empowered by those changes you have made, even if sometime in the future you find that they may not have panned out quite as you had planned. So, I do think it depends on your attitude, receptivness and inspiration as to how you view changes life throws at you/you throw at life.

Change can be both positive or negative. I think that the way you perceive it is how it is going to be though. If you are a half full kinda person....you may be able to see the positive aspects outweighing the negative, whereas if you are a half empty kind of person......change may be the worst thing you ever have to encounter. I just try to think that everything happens for a reason...it all will work out in the end.

It can be both positive and negative. It depends how you handle change. To me attitude is what can make the change in your life positive or negative.

This is not a "yes" or "no" answer. Change can be both positive and negative. It depends on what is changing. Change is inevitable in the world. Everything changes so we must adapt and accept.
