Does anyone know if India has any flights between the major cities on a discount airline that has lenient rules as far as changing dates and/or reusing tickets for alternate destinations. Another words is there any airline that has intra-India flights and that is similar to Southwest Airlines (which allows for changes with no penalty, one only has to pay the difference in fare, and one can reuse the ticket during a one-year time period)?
