Unless you have health problems, I hope that you do not have un-needed surgery.
Vanity is the only reason for people to have any type of un-needed surgery.
Any male who has a fixation on breast size has psychological hangups. I am a male. I love women.
The breast size is after the fact.
I hope people do not get the thought that I have problems meeting women I never have, and I am married to a beautiful woman.
I married her, not her breasts, though they are nice, I guess I am just lucky.

Im in the same boat as you. Im 5'8 33 and a 40ddd. I have back pain. Im limited in what kind of excersise I feel comfortable doing, and I want a reduction too. If you want one , you should get it. Scars are not that big a deal when you come down to it. They have all types of creams and things now to help minimize scarring also. Im going to do it. If you really want it done, talk to surgeon and see what realistic results could be for you. Good luck

i knew a woman that had large breasts and had them reduced and the scars were under the breast
in my opinion large breasts make small women look fatter than they are?
i see women with large breasts and i can see that if they had them reduced they would look more proportioned
this woman i now looked really really good after her surgery, she was actually around 110 pounds but with the large breasts she looked chubby and not very attractive
I say get the reduction!!
as you age you will become more unhappy with the look and feel of them so it is better to do it now cause you willl heal better as well

OK girl friend get down to the nitty gritty HOW much do you weigh ???
If you are over weight you just have to lose it and most often your bust size will also drop .at 5'3 you should only weigh 118 lbs.tops
If that is not the problem then I would go for it scaring is not a problem .

well.. it really depends on how comfortable you are with them...if your not happy with the size, or they are really not proportionate to your size, you may eventually have back problems as you get older.. but don't do it for other people... the scarring is really not bad at all, a friend of mine just had a reduction a few months ago, and she is thrilled with the results!!!!.. if you decide to have it done just make sure you research the doctor first to make sure he/ she is very good! my best wishes to you in whatever decision you make!

You've answered your own question. "I just always wanted to have smaller breasts." If you can afford to have breast reduction surgery, do it!
They're your breasts, do what you want to do. Continue buying very expensive bras for adequate support, however, if you do not have reduction surgery.
Good luck!
