There are many people who use yahoo to seek help with their problems. Some are depressed, some are lonely, or feel desperate about their situation and don't know what to do. Therefore, when teens post troubles that are important to teens they are seeking advice and someone to understand. However, i find that some people leave comments on their problems and mine, calling us selfish and immature. Breaking up with boyfriends, being dumped, having good friends, feeling alone and needing someone to turn to are all things that surround a teenager's life, no matter how pathetic or stupid these problems may be, they are important to teenagers, and i bet they once mattered to the 'more mature' people leaving these comments. Maybe there should be certain age forums on this?Certainly, our problems will seem stupid compared to adult ones sometimes, but it doesn't mean they don't matter.Although i do find adults can help because they have been through it sometimes.What do other teens think?

i totally agree sometimes i find mysself second guessing my questions because people have been so judgemental but there are somepeople that are young or old that can help

Well...not a teen here, but...
You don't want a separate teen forum. How will you get advice from the helpful adults like myself? You can't just ask other teens for advice, they only have as much life experience as you do...
And 'Teen Questions Forums' would not stop the stupid or pathetic comments.....they will just come from other teens. You just have to learn to ignore the bad stuff and look for the good. life is a lot like that....

ur right! like sometimes an adult will say, GROW UP! which is really rude and unconsiderate or they will say GET A LIFE! I dont get why they cant just help us bacause I have lots of issues with sex, drugs, and eating disorders.

i think that ppl who say that kind of stuff are stupid and dont know wut theyre talking about. teenagers' problems are just as important as adults. the only reason ppl say taht is because they think teens just want attention. and i have to say thats not true!
