yo, dude! Where you're bashing your brother. I whether have a brother whose ugly instead off being locked up jail, thinking that the world and the women owe him something. Put your self in your brother place, how would you feel that people in his community starring, pointing, teasing, your blood, and blood surpose to love him no matter what! So what he might not look like Tom Cruise or Matt Damon, he's your brother. If I was you, I will help by loving him unconditionally, and teaching him to love himself.
Now if it is a medical problem then take him to the doctor and get medical referrals, but help by being kind, boosting up his self esteem and self confidence, and tell him how much you love him and how handsome he is, we, as people need to stop judging people about personal appearances, but judge a person for what they give from the inside. like that saying "Never judge a book by it's cover, read to see what the book is all about".

Why are people suggesting plastic surgery?
If he really looks like a gargoyle, I know a few stonemason's who'd do the job on the quiet and cheaply.

Probably not unless he's willing to go under the knife (not recommended). Why not work on his personality instead? You'd be amazed how many attractive women see past a mans looks if he's attractive inside rather then out.

i dont think there is nothing you can do about it because thats just the way God made him and thats how God obvisiouly wanted him to look like but if you think he that ugly you know just make sure he looks neat and clean everyday and is a nice gentle man so that every one may be pleased with his attitude more so than his look

You should just love him for who he is and if the "ugliness" is anything a Dr can help with maybe you should take him to a Dr.

you could beat his face till he looks better or put a bag on his head lol jk get him a makeover get a girl you know and ask her to give him a makeover they are good at makeovers or if that dont work get cheap plastic surgery
