i think that one of my mollies ight have these. there are these 2 green string like thing coming out of her. where it lookes like it comes out there is a bump. how do i get them off of her. do i take her out of the tank and pull them out. shes only like about 2 inches

tiny white-green or red worms attached to wound on fish, goldfish may scrape against objects to get the worms off
These parasites will appear as tiny worms, trailing from a wound on the fish. Most commonly found at the base of the fins. Anchor Worms are contagious and should be treated immediately. When an Anchor Worm leaves its host, it may also leave an ulcer.

remedy:
The first thing to do is to contact your vet or petstore for further instruction. Removing Anchor Worms must often be done by hand, and should be supervised by a professional

With anchor worms all you need is a tweezer and pull them off. I found most supposed cures really don't kill adult anchorworms like claimed. Fluke tabs or formaldahide only helps prevent further out breaks. Just grab the anchorworm at the base and pull them off your fish with a tweezer.

Anchor Worms are very rare, but it is possible to still get these if the fish at your LFS had them. They are carrier born, and the link from "Lisa" was the one I was going to provide you.

go to your pet shop and ask for "Clout" if they don't have it ask them to order it, it is the best medicine for parasites, period.
