Yes, (who let the cat out of the bag) at level 6 we have the power to see what kind of answer you are looking for so that we are better able to be rewarded with Best answer. When you reach level 6 and maintain it for 48 hours without going down a level they will send you a secret message (see below) via a secret level 7 Answerer! (it changes all the time so you never know who will be sending the message) that will explain how this process is done.
At level 7 they actually have the ability to influence your thought process so that you Must choose them for Best answer. That's going to be so cool.

The same as it was at level 1 without the frustration of reaching daily quotas. Other than that.....no difference at all.
We're all grunts! I guess all that " coming soon " stuff was a bunch of BS !!!

It is sooo good, we get room service by naked Victoria's Secret angels, we get pampered with every single one of our wisheds granted by the magical Level 6 genie, and, even better than all of that, we keep getting more of those Y! Answers points :-)
