the only thing wrong with its is the lcd its cracked but everything else works fine

Lots of places. Any computer store that sells used computers would take it. You could also sell them on online auctions such as:

You could just get the lcd in the laptop replaced for around $50, well, depending on the size and the manufacture of course.

If you want to flog it, ebay or phone around to some computer chop shops and they could give you an estimate.

You could try selling it on eBay. Make sure you describe it accurately, and say what is damaged. Some people buy damaged computers to use as spare parts.

EBAY is always a good place to start. If you want to sell specific parts on your computer that are not damage.
