File a report with the local police dept. and take them to small claims court.

DONT KNOW IF ITS OK...YOU MIGHT TRY THE POLICE COMPUTERS AT YOUR LOCAL STATION OR STATE POLICE BARRACKS....TO OBTAIN AN ADDRESS AND TO NOTIFY THEM THAT YOU WANT THE PAYMENT MADE GOOD.
