Since scientific theories must be proven or disproven with facts, I would guess that finding the answer to this question would do that for a lot of scientists, as well as end the debate on the subject for a lot of groups.

Oh I don't know. Maybe scientific curiosity, or so we can keep arguing about how authentic the Bible is. Probably the latter!

I'm not trying to do that. Does it really matter when humans showed-up? What's more important is when are we leaving? And, where are we going when we leave?
