If you are talking about water, then 1 gram is the same as 1 milliliter, which is the same as a cubic centimeter. So in other words, 450 grams of water is the same as 450 cubic centimeters.

Since there are 100 cm x 100 cm x 100 cm or 1000000 cm^3 in a cubic meter, then 450 cubic centimeters is the same as 450 cm^3/ 1000000 cm^3/m^3.

In short, 450 grams of water is the same as 0.00045 cubic meters.

You can't convert grams into cubic meters without knowing the substance - gold is denser than water, for instance.

mass/ volume = density

solve for volume,

mass / density = volume

mass = 450g

density = 1.g/cm^3 of water (substance)

volume = x

450g / 1.g/cm^3 = 450cm^3

converting cm^3 to m^3 = 1e-6m^3

answer
450cm^3 (1e-6m^3 / cm^3) = 4.5e-4m^3

You can convert mass to volume if you knew the density of the object. density is mass divided by volume. If we knew the density of the object and its mass, then we can solve for volume.
