Yeah.
Barrett, Gilmour, and Waters are the revered gods in the front. Everyone knows them. Barrett's the old little kid on LSD, Gilmour is the self-made "poor sap" that can pump out some awesome guitar and fretless bass, and Waters is the hot-headed lyric writer with a shiny shiny hairdo. The first emo 'do! Woo!
Nick Mason and Rick Wright are the poor little guys at the back, one with a sharp sense of wit and a knack for cars (and facial hair), and one with a gorgeus singing voice he never really let out much that kicks butt on the keyboard and synths.

1. eh, disagree. 2. agree. Paul McCartney had a few good lyrics, but he doesn't compare to Jim Morrison. 3. agree. 4. nothing against Pink Floyd, but i'm going to have to disagree 5. disagree. he's good, but overrated. 6. not sure if he'd be in the top five. definitly the top 10, though. oh well. agree.

He renamed the band Pink Floyd - in honor of blues' musicians Pinkney 'Pink' Anderson and Floyd Council.
