Drink lots of water to flush out your system, and no soda. Try eating fruits and veggies and watching your calorie intake. Exercise never hurt either.

I lost over five pounds doing this in a week. East a lean cusine three times a day and drink lots of water. Walk for one hour every evening (or morning) , If you absolutely have to have something to eat besides the three lean cusines...eat a piece of fruit. NO SALT! and only water and diet drinks! A week is not that long to do this ......Do not Starve yourself! (Oh and by the way...do this only if you are healthy...diabetics should not do this)

Most of what you lose in a short time is water. Like when wrestlers are trying to "make weight" Rapid weight loss can be dangerous as it can upset your body's balance of electrolytes. But to answer your question, reduce your caloric intake and increase your exercise.

go to google and type in "3 day diet". it basically consists of 3 days of dieting mixed with 4 days of no doeting and supposedly it works. there is tea and coffee intake which will expel any excess water that you amy have. hope this helps!

water retention
