Well, you had my interest until you said you demand no investment. That is impossible, as you are purchasing a business, and you don't get that for free.
I have a home business that has a product beneficial to men, women and children in the health and wellness industry. I have sold Avon, Mary Kay, Melaleuca, Watkins, etc. The time now is for health and anti-aging. To reach optimal health, will cost your customer approx. $4 per day for this. I just tell people my story of what this product has done for me, and the results are obvious, and people purchase it. I had an investment of $35 plus one case of product, which I use myself, for a total investment of less than $200 USD. My second day I had earned $80 US, and by the end of November, I will be at the $64k/yr mark.
With any business, you have to decide if the product is something you could market, if it has a lot of benefits and is consumable as well as in demand. You will not find a business with absolutely no up-front capital that is worth doing.
This is definately the product of today as well as a compensation plan second to none. I have never seen a company that offers so many bonuses in this industry.

If you are looking for a full time job you might want to consider trying to be a sales rep for an established company. I am currently a wholesaler of mortgages, which means I sell mortgages to mortgage businesses. It is pretty cool. You may also like wholesaling something, perhaps a new drink or food item. This would appeal to both sexes. I would suggest checking the local Craigslist in the sales job catagory, but beware of the many scams. If you want to pursue this as a career you will probably have to start out as an assistant and work up, but it will most likely be much more rewarding than Mark Kay's pseudo-pyramid scheme.
I am not saying it is a pyramid scheme, but merely that I am of the opinion that certain aspects of the company resemble a classic Ponzi scheme.

I do Lia Sophia Jewelry - we are a home party plan with high quality fashion jewelry that is guaranteed for life. I make a great income, earn trips, rewards, and lots more. What women doesn't love jewelry? Every season the styles change and so does the jewelry that goes with it. You never have enough! I also deal with brides for their jewelry, or bridesmaids jewelry, etc. And I have men that call and order for their wife's b-day, anniversary, Xmas, etc. We also have 2 men's pieces in our catalog for the first time this year also. Our jewelry just can't be beat. The company pays all hostess benefits, no inventory to carry, no deliveries. Monthly customer specials make the jewelry extrememly affordable and they also offer monthly specials for the advisors to keep adding jewelry to our collections for free.
Great commission schedule and it's a true commission as the hostess gifts, 1/2 price items etc are paid by the company, not out of your commission as with some other home party plans.
Kit fee is $149.99 and you get over $1000 worth of jewelry, catalogs, invitations and all other paperwork needed to start, a display cloth, display tray and insert, carrying case, and lots more. EVERYTHING you need to start immediately. No other hidden fees to begin. And for the month of Sept I am offering a kit rebate. If this sounds like something you might be interested in, please check out my site and then contact me with questions or concerns. I would love to talk to you about it. http://www.liasophia.com/ringsandthings

to be honest most places ask for an initial investment. I do Pampered Chef and men love it because a lot of men like to cook. I did however have to pay $90 for my starter kit which is worth $350...If I decided to never sell another item I would still make out because I get to keep some of the worlds best cookware that is awesomely priced.
