well, you ask whihc is our favorite ORGAN, suggesting that you are interested more in the physiological properties of the organ than the emotional connections we have with them. For that, I say the brain. It really is an amazing place. To think that there are so many microscopically tiny neurons and nerve endings, and all the neurotransmitters, the levels of which have to be precisely controlled. Amazing, really.
Just in case you are meaning to ask whether we are thinkers or feelers, (ie; do we think/make decisions with our head or our heart), I don't think there will ever be any true and final answer. Philosophers have long debated this whether man should prefer logic and reason or compassion. The entire Enlightenment surrounded this very issue. Rene Descartes, Jean-Jaques Rousseau, Kant, Hobbes, all of these people pondered the very same thing between the age of reason and the rise of romanticism.
Long story short, I try to always think rationally and logically, but sometimes it's hard because I have feelings that interfere. I would say the best bet is to try to reconcile your two conflicting opinions...then you can live in balance.
EDIT
Oh, and by the way, in response to everyone who for some reason seems to think that your heart has anything to do with love: you're wrong. Just because the heart is the symbol of love in our capitalistic society, and because you can buy hearts that say love on them for Valentine's day (which is named after an alleged miracle-worker turned martyr), doesn't mean that the heart controls love, or you. It doesn't make you do wild and crazy things, your brain does. Consciously or unconsciously, the brain regulates emotions, and all of those neurotransmitters I mentioned; ie, dopamine, seratonin, etc. Those are your brains way of telling you that you are happy, or "in love."
So before you go giving credit where none is due, bother to actually know what you're talking about.
(Although, I guess we can't really expect too much from anyone who openly declares that they perfer erraticism over reliability, now can we?)

Oh i have a love-hate relationship with my heart, it drives me wild, turns me upside down, and makes me do things no same person would ever do, but still I love it, because that is what makes me who I am a passionate, emotional, impulsive human being, sure it lands me in trouble but life is good this way

brain.. it really is the main organ in our system.. without it we're nothing.. we feel emotions, hear, touch, smell, see because of this.. though the heart makes us live.. what's the sense of living without "touching" the world around us? hehe
