Nope. Some ppl have made some that can hoover a little bit above the ground, but I haven't heard of a flying car yet.

Yes there is a prototype
It is still being perfected and it is sooo cool
The web link i am giving you is somewhat outdated but the information is basically what u need. There is no purchase yet of this car. It was developed b y MIT students and probably will be on the maket by 2010

YES there are several companies working on prototypes actually. (not the big auto makers)
There are not however any in mainstream production to the public. Check this out;
